- Coordinate interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and business communications
- Assign interpreters based on language needs, expertise, and project requirements
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness in interpreted communications
- Develop and maintain interpretation standards, guidelines, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand language service requirements
- Manage schedules, workloads, and performance of interpretation staff
- Oversee training and development programs for interpreters
- Handle multilingual communication projects and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Interpretation, Communications, Languages, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in interpretation, translation, multilingual services, or language operations
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Proficiency in at least two languages
- Strong understanding of interpretation methods (simultaneous, consecutive, and remote interpretation)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience managing language service teams or multilingual projects
- Strong cultural awareness and attention to linguistic accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
