- Support in developing and managing projects related to international academic affairs and ensure accurate presentation to senior leadership
- Support projects related to optimizing ADU Ranking and Reputation
- Assist various initiatives including events, conferences, and support programs such as Global Engagement Program and Global Brown Bag Seminar Series
- Assist in development of proposals for national and international events and initiatives
- Assist in development of Microsoft Office presentations
- Manage calendars and appointments for the Assistant Chancellor for Global Partnerships and Impact
- Take and maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and administrative materials
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined
- Raise purchase requisitions as needed and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities and communicate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Assist project team in planning and execution of digital projects including creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in an administration and IT project support role
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint, website development, Zoom, Skype, Teams
- Strong diplomatic skills and engaging personality
- Demonstrated history of confidentiality, flexibility, dedication, and excellent communication skills

Job Purpose
- The Internationalization Project Administrator plays a crucial role in efficiently supporting and overseeing various national and international initiatives within the Office of Internationalization.
- This position is responsible for managing day to day administrative functions, supporting project oversight, and contributing to the enhancement of the university's academic reputation and global competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in Developing and Managing projects related to International academic affairs and ensuring accurate and timely presentation to senior leadership.
- Support in Projects related to optimizing ADU Ranking and Reputation.
- Assist various initiatives, including events, conferences, and support programs such as the Global Engagement Program (GEP) and the Global Brown Bag Seminar Series (GBBSS).
- Assist in the development of proposals of national and international events and initiatives.
- Assists in the development of Microsoft Office presentations.
- Manages calendars, appointments for the Assistant Chancellor for Global Partnerships and Impact.
- Takes and maintains accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and administrative materials.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
- Raise Purchase requisitions as needed for the department and works with the relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience and Skills
- 1 2 years of experience in an administration and IT project support role.
- Experience in a similar setup supporting senior executives and managing projects.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint, website development, Zoom, SKYPE, Teams.
- Possesses strong diplomatic skills and an engaging, sociable personality.
- Demonstrated history of confidentiality, flexibility, dedication, excellent verbal, grammar, and written communication skills.
- Prioritizes multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Exercises good judgment and discretion analyzing and resolving confidential, difficult and sensitive situations.
- Capable of simultaneous minuting of meetings.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships.
- Types and/or operates an automated keyboard with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and function as a member of the Office of Internationalization Team.
