Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international market entry strategies
- Identify and onboard global customers, building the initial customer portfolio from scratch
- Develop long term relationships with traders, distributors, and industrial buyers
- Structure and negotiate export deals, pricing, and commercial terms
- Define Incoterms, delivery conditions, and responsibilities
- Identify and qualify international suppliers across product categories
- Negotiate purchasing terms and delivery conditions
- Design export logistics processes from scratch, coordinating freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents
- Establish SOPs for documentation and shipment execution
- Contribute to building the company’s commercial and operational structure
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in international trading, export sales, or logistics
- Proven track record in international trading or export sales
- Experience in commodity trading or multi product export environments
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export documentation
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic and French are very important

- We are a newly established international trading company based in the Qatar Free Zones (QFZ), Doha.
- We are building a global trading platform focused on the sourcing and export of industrial and construction related materials, including Insulation and Protection Materials, Steel Bars, Building Materials, Water Treatment Chemicals, and Cement Products.
- We are not a manufacturer, we are a pure international trading and export company, building a global network of suppliers and customers across multiple markets.
Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and experienced International Trading, Sales & Logistics Manager (Founding Team Member) to lead the development of our international trading and export operations.
- This is a company building role, not a routine operational position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international market entry strategies
- Identify and onboard global customers
- Build the initial customer portfolio from scratch
- Develop long term relationships with traders, distributors, and industrial buyers
- Represent the company in international markets and trade events
- Define commercial positioning in target regions
- Structure and negotiate export deals, pricing, and commercial terms
- Define Incoterms, delivery conditions, and responsibilities
- Coordinate with Trade Finance & Risk on secure payment structures
- Monitor global market trends and competition
- Identify and qualify international suppliers across product categories
- Build a reliable and competitive supplier base
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in international trading, export sales, or logistics
- Proven track record in international trading or export sales
- Experience in commodity trading or multi product export environments
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export documentation
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic and French are very important)
