Usetech is seeking a high-energy International Sales Manager to drive B2B IT sales in the MENA region. The role involves active lead generation, full sales cycle management, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in international markets
- Manage full sales cycle from initial lead qualification and conducting high impact online presentations to contract signing
- Participate in implementing the company’s international business development strategy
- Build and maintain long term partnerships with C level stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing, pre sales, and technical teams to craft winning proposals
- Maintain accurate data and sales reporting to drive predictable growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the IT industry
- English — Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher, with excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle independently
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and business correspondence
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and standard business tools (Outlook, Excel, Google Docs)
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a fast paced environment

- Will be an advantage: Experience selling AI, Computer Vision, or Digital Transformation services.
- Established network or experience working with clients in the MENA region.
- Understanding of complex corporate sales and long sales cycles.
