Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of new makeup collections from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives
- Translate market trends and consumer insights into clear product briefs for international suppliers
- Work on the end to end product development process with external manufacturers, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and product quality
- Evaluate product samples, textures, shades, packaging solutions, and overall product performance, providing structured feedback to suppliers
- Identify and scout new suppliers, technologies, packaging solutions, and product innovations to strengthen the brand's product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, coordinating development activities and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and white spaces within the beauty category
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Creative teams to ensure successful product launches
Requirements
- Proven experience in product development within the cosmetics industry, preferably in makeup
- Strong knowledge of the global beauty market, product trends, and leading international brands
- Experience working with external manufacturers (OEM/ODM) and international suppliers
- Ability to evaluate product samples and translate business needs into actionable product development briefs
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is essential

Role Overview
- Wycon Cosmetics' Product & Marketing Department, based in Dubai, UAE, is looking for an International Product Specialist with a strong passion for cosmetics and product innovation.
- The successful candidate will support the development of new makeup collections, contributing to the product development process from concept to launch in collaboration with international suppliers and cross functional teams.
