Role description
The International Logistics Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh with some work-from-home flexibility.
The role manages end-to-end international shipments for energy and petrochemical products across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, book, and track international transport.
- Coordinate suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory and update internal systems.
- Prepare shipping and export documents.
- Resolve logistics issues and delays in a customer-focused manner.
- Analyze logistics data and support supply chain process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong supply chain management and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
- International logistics, trade compliance, and documentation experience in energy, petrochemical, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
- Proficiency in logistics or ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic or other global-trade languages are advantageous.
Workplace
- The position is hybrid in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
