Responsibilities
- Use SAP and Excel to create documents and maintain daily reporting
- Work with freight audit company to ensure rate accuracy
- Work with drayage providers to ensure proper workflow and tracking
- Verify daily Ocean billing from Freight Forwarder, customs broker, and drayage provider
- Create electronic invoices for Broker using SAP and shipping documents
- Discover, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Update shipment due dates for international containers
- Track daily import shipments and update import spreadsheet
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college experience desired
- 3 5 years experience in International Logistics
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work and think independently
- Ability to multitask

Job Summary
- Responsible for handling day to day activities in the International Logistics Department.
- Supports movement of shipments, monitoring progress, maintaining reports, processing invoicing, etc.
Primary Duties
- Uses SAP and Excel to create documents to support all transload facilities and maintain required daily reporting.
- Works with freight audit company to ensure rates are updated and verify accuracy of rates being billed.
- Work with drayage providers to ensure proper workflow, and tracking and tracing of BOL’s.
- Verifies daily Ocean billing from Freight Forwarder or ocean carrier, customs broker invoicing, and inland drayage provider invoicing.
- Creates electronic invoices for Broker by using data from SAP and shipping documents.
- Discovers, analyzes, and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Updates shipment due dates for international containers for all sites.
- Tracks daily import shipments on Internet and updates import spreadsheet for all sites.
- Completes other tasks as outlined by Manager, International Logistics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in SAP is a plus.
- Experience working in a TMS is a plus.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work remotely as required.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma required; college experience desired.
- 3 – 5 years experience in International Logistics.
Compensation
- US base salary range: $23.85 to $32.21 per hour.
- Eligible for bonus.

Workplace
