General Purpose
Protect company assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and regulations.
Report to the CFO and oversee the quality of internal controls and key financial processes across international entities.
Interface with Sales, Operations, and IT teams on financial reporting, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close for international subsidiaries.
- Oversee local accountants across multiple international offices.
- Oversee local GAAP and statutory compliance.
- Monitor shared service agreements and intercompany recharges.
- Manage external audits across international offices.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting for the CFO and stakeholders.
- Manage cash controls focused on disbursement payments.
- Oversee internal financial and operating controls and processes.
- Prepare business analysis reports for management.
- Lead financial data and report standardization and automation projects.
- Conduct cost center, cost unit, and contribution margin accounting.
- Perform production controlling with production departments.
