Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

This is a role for someone who thrives on winning someone who enjoys the challenge of landing big clients, building strong pipelines, and driving real commercial impact.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a pipeline of high-value prospects to consistently hit revenue targets
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches over the phone and in person to win new business
  • Represent Reward’s products with confidence, understanding client needs and positioning solutions effectively
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Gather client requirements and ensure a smooth path from pitch to close
  • Continuously refine your approach and contribute to improving the wider sales process

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person pitching
  • Commercially driven with a passion for winning new business
  • A proactive, opportunity-hunting mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
  • Ambition to grow and progress within a high-performing sales team
