74SOFTWARE IS is seeking a motivated Business Applications Support Specialist to join its global support organisation.

This role is ideal for candidates with 0-5 years of experience who are interested in enterprise applications, IT support, and business processes.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support for Workday and other business applications, focusing on ticket triage, issue resolution, user assistance, and escalation management.

Previous Workday experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.

The role operates within a structured support model covering Workday HCM, Finance, Procurement, PSA, Adaptive Planning, and related systems.

• Receive, analyse, prioritise, and route support tickets through the corporate support platform.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution for user issues and service requests.
• Escalate incidents to functional experts or vendors when required.
• Support users on Workday and other business applications.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to process improvements, self-service content, and knowledge management.
• Participate in testing, release validation, and hypercare activities during system deployments.
• Work closely with IS, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

As part of the global support organisation, you will participate in a rotating shift schedule supporting 24/5 operations.

This includes:

• Working within a shift rotation to provide coverage across multiple time zones.
