The role
The Internal Sales Representative provides customer service and sales support while coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and external sales teams.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and supports efficient order processing and prompt resolution of customer enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers at the trade counter.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain showroom presentation and adequate stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to external sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Support company campaigns and monthly specials.
- Assist with stock movements and biannual stocktakes.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
