Safety and Process

• Follow stock-handling, manual-handling, scanning, storage, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
• Use conveyor equipment, cages, tubs, and other operational equipment safely and in line with training.
• Keep walkways and work areas clear, and report hazards, incidents, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow processes that maintain accurate stock records, movement, and traceability.

• Comfort working toward operational productivity and accuracy targets.

Relevant Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, stock-handling, fulfilment, or other fast-paced operational experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with pre-loved products or broad product categories is advantageous.
• Experience sorting, scanning, or moving stock through an operational process is advantageous.
• Product expertise is not required; category knowledge will be developed in the role.
