Job Description
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Facilitate internal audit meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in processes, controls, and compliance, and develop action plans to address issues promptly.
- Implement corrective measures to close identified gaps and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve internal controls and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards resolution.
