Job Overview
- Lamar International Industry is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its regional management team in Jeddah. We are looking for a passionate and accurate professional to enhance internal control systems and improve financial and operational performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Review accounting entries, documentation cycles, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Evaluate internal control systems and identify gaps or risks, especially in inventory and industrial costs.
- Prepare periodic audit reports including observations and practical recommendations.
- Work alongside the finance team to provide knowledge support, clarify correct procedures, and contribute to staff training.
- Follow up on implementation of approved recommendations with various departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 4 years of experience in internal or external audit (preferably in industrial or family owned companies).
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, tax and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills, with ability to teach and transfer knowledge.
- High analytical skills and ability to read data and extract differences accurately.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
