- Supervise and lead operational audit engagements from planning through reporting
- Execute construction project audits, forensic reviews, and ad hoc audit assignments
- Develop audit programs, perform risk assessments, and evaluate internal controls
- Conduct audits across operational functions, construction projects, Supply Chain, QHSE, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Identify control deficiencies, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions and follow up on audit findings
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior auditors during audit engagements
- Ensure audit documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal audit standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, QHSE, Operations & Maintenance
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Internal Audit, including operational and construction project audits
- Experience in operational auditing within construction, infrastructure, industrial, facilities
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic

Role Overview
- The Internal Audit Supervisor (Operations) is responsible for supervising and leading operational audit engagements, construction project audits, forensic reviews, and special assignments.
- Ensures audits are planned and executed in accordance with internal audit standards, evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls, identifies operational risks, and provides practical recommendations to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational performance.
