- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Food and Beverage OR Hospitality Industry experience will be added advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager for a full time, on site role located in Al Ain.
- The Internal Audit Manager will oversee and execute internal audits, assess internal controls, ensure financial compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- This role involves performing risk assessments, preparing audit reports and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency while supporting the organization's overall financial and compliance goals.
Qualification
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, with a deep understanding of organizational budgets and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Internal Controls and the ability to ensure they are effectively designed and operational
- Expertise in conducting thorough Financial Audits
- Proven leadership and team management skills to supervise audit processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or financial management
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Food and Beverage OR Hospitality Industry experience will be added advantage.
- Preferably Arabic Speaker.
- Salary Range : Negotiable +Other Benefits As Per UAE Law.
