- Oversee delivery of the audit plan to ensure timely and relevant outcomes
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and report to oversight committees
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, including with the Board and local regulator

Role Overview
- Wise is looking for a UAE Internal Audit Lead to join the growing IA team, based in Dubai.
- The role will lead Wise's UAE Internal Audit function across multiple legal entities.
- The scope includes global and regional processes, working with colleagues internally and externally.
Your Mission
- Support implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework, including continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
- Support key projects to deliver an aligned assurance model across Wise and the MEA region.
- Develop the annual audit plan for UAE and MEA legal entities, including risk assessment and budgeting.
- Build and support a strong internal audit team locally and globally.
- Oversee delivery of the audit plan to ensure timely and relevant audit outcomes.
- Monitor implementation of Internal Audit recommendations and report to oversight committees.
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally, including with the Board and local regulator.
- Promote and help embed a strong control culture.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience working in assurance, risk or control roles.
- Experience deploying technology enabled assurance.
