Internal Audit Internship

· A rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk, Finance, Math, Accounting, Insurance, and/or Economics

· Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or better will be given preference

· Prior internship experience is preferred

· Innovative and collaborative problem solver

· Independent judgment with strong analytical and risk assessment skills

· Ability to partner with other functional areas such as Finance, IT, Actuarial, and Operations

· Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including formulas and functions

· Excellent communication skills

· Proactive individual and quick learner

This range represents the minimum and maximum annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.

The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range.

The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Talcott’s total annual compensation for employees.

Other compensation may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives and recognition.
