- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management processes
- Assess governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks and recommend improvements
- Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations for improvement
- Develop and review governance documents, policies, procedures, risk registers, and internal control documentation
- Review audit workpapers and reports to ensure quality and compliance with professional standards
- Present audit findings and recommendations to client management and key stakeholders
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members throughout audit engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Internal Audit, GRC, or Risk Advisory consulting
- Professional certification such as CIA, SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CRMA, CISA, or CMA
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworks (including COSO and ISO 31000)
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Experience with audit management software, GRC platforms, or ERP systems is an advantage

Role Description
- Crowe Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit & GRC Assistant Manager/ Manager to join the team in Jeddah.
- The role involves leading Internal Audit, GRC, and Advisory engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and strengthening clients' governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), or Risk Advisory consulting is highly desirable.
- Professional certification is mandatory, such as CIA, SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CRMA, CISA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworks (including COSO and ISO 31000).
- Experience delivering Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, or Risk Advisory engagements.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian and GCC regulatory environment is essential.
- Experience with audit management software, GRC platforms, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
