The Sustainability Analyst Intern will help embed sustainability across the organization.
The intern will collaborate with operational departments to define long-term sustainability goals, develop execution plans, and establish baseline tracking for internal reporting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with procurement, operations, HR, R&D, facilities, and other department leads to identify sustainability opportunities.
- Translate the corporate sustainability vision into goals for individual teams.
- Support teams in structuring tactical roadmaps, setting KPIs, and defining practical execution steps.
- Draft presentation decks, visual dashboards, and progress summaries for leadership.
- Collect and organize baseline operational metrics, including resource usage, waste generation, and efficiency gains.
- Maintain internal progress scorecards and coordinate cross-functional workshops.
- Track task completion and maintain momentum on sustainability projects.
