- Assist with software development tasks across internal applications, APIs, data integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and technology leaders to understand requirements and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Write, test, debug, and document code under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Support application modernization efforts, including updates to legacy systems, cloud-based services, and internal tools.

- Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks.
- Azure cloud services, APIs, data integrations, automation tools, and secure application delivery practices.
- GitHub, Visual Studio, AI assisted coding tools and agile collaboration tools.
- Business systems and data platforms that support investment consulting, research, operations, and client service workflows.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Foundational programming experience through coursework, projects, internships, or personal development work.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, version control, databases, APIs, and testing practices.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn in a professional engineering environment.
- Exposure to one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or SQL.
- Comfort using development tools such as Git, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, or similar environments.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, receive feedback, and apply guidance to improve technical work.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in learning how technology supports the investment advisory and financial services industry.
