APCO Worldwide is seeking a Public Affairs Intern to support the team in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. The intern will assist with research, content development, and account coordination.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and monitor political, policy, and regulatory developments relevant to clients
- Support the preparation of briefs, reports, agendas, and client materials
- Assist in developing ideas and insights to support client campaigns and objectives
- Track and summarize key news and stakeholder activity across sectors
- Provide day to day coordination and administrative support across accounts
- Attend industry events and policy discussions where relevant
- Support the team on ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in public affairs and strategic communications
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage

Job Summary
- The Public Affairs Intern will support the Public Affairs team in delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- This role provides hands on exposure to government advisory, policy tracking, and integrated communications in a fast paced environment.
- The intern will assist with research, content development, and day to day account support across multiple clients and projects.
