Position Summary
Three-month internship with possible extension.
Join PUMA's demand generation team.
Support stakeholder relationships, performance marketing, and brand visibility on key e-commerce platforms.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing.
Key Objectives
- Own and optimize the annual performance marketing budget stated in the posting.
- Drive revenue growth while delivering ROAS and profitability targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact paid marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data for insights and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business, Brand, Merchandising, and Analytics teams.
- Drive continuous experimentation to improve marketing efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators
Revenue and ROAS achievement.
Marketing budget efficiency.
Campaign execution and optimization.
Growth in new-season and product visibility.
