Role Overview
upGrad International is hiring an Operations Intern for its Platform Operations team.
The role supports backend operations, data management, accuracy, and process excellence.
The internship is based in Marol, Mumbai, and is work from office.
Internship Details
- The internship duration is 3–6 months and may be extended based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage learner, course, and program data on internal platforms.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain learner records and platform configurations.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
- Manage trackers, documentation, and operational reports.
- Support bulk data uploads, migrations, and platform operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks on time.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain operational quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Be a recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant business, operations, commerce, or computer applications field.
