Role Summary
APCO is looking for an intern to join our team supporting the Arts and Culture practice.
In this role, you will support day-to-day client activities, assist with project coordination, contribute to content development and research, and help with campaign execution and presentation development.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to strategic communications and client work in a fast-paced agency environment.
The role is based in Riyadh and reports to a Director.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day client activities and internal communication for Arts and Culture clients.
- Support the preparation of status reports, meeting notes, trackers, presentations, and client decks.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and progress updates.
- Support campaign execution under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including PR, content, digital, and creative, to support smooth workflow.
- Assist in drafting communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, announcements, and other written content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, cultural initiatives, arts programming, and relevant client topics.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, content planning, and presentation development.
- Assist with new business research and proposal preparation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in strategic communications, arts, culture, and public affairs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, time management, and follow-up skills.
