Role Overview
Support the administration of SymphonyAI's client-facing learning management tools, including TLC OnDemand and Archbee.
Provide training helpdesk support, manage user access, and handle client requests as an LMS Administrator Apprentice.
LMS Administration
- Set up and maintain Docebo user accounts, including adding users, updating support team assignments, and deactivating users.
- Investigate and resolve user-related errors and process necessary changes.
Customer Support and Ticket Management
- Lead management of CRM tickets for TLC OnDemand requests.
- Maintain the TLC mailbox, resolve requests, and coordinate with TLC team members as needed.
System and Process Optimization
- Support LMS page redesign as legacy tools are decommissioned.
- Perform basic analysis and reporting for quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc insights.
- Review LMS AI-generated data for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to automate processes where possible.
