Role Overview

Principal Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers and associate relationship managers with internal and client deliverables.
• Complete activities contributing to relationship-manager day-to-day work.
• Implement audit and regulatory recommendations and maintain timely closure of client housekeeping items.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide efficient servicing of corporate customers.
• Coordinate account operations, account opening, KYC remediation, and regulatory and financial crime compliance activities.
• Compile MIS and coordinate with clients on financial information, security documentation, and operational matters.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality and take timely remedial measures where applicable.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized university or complete 10+2+3 years of education, excluding a diploma.
• Graduation must have been completed within the previous five years.
• Candidates continuing or recently completing MBA, postgraduate, or CA studies may qualify if the graduation-age criterion is met.
