Intermediate Systems Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience driving organizational change and challenging established norms to implement new, forward-thinking technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to design, stand up, and execute new engineering governance structures, such as Engineering Review Boards, from inception rather than only maintaining legacy processes.
• Experience staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and engineering best practices and providing technical guidance, oversight, and tradecraft mentorship to other systems engineers.
• Hands-on experience using systems engineering, data analytics, and optimization tools such as Power BI and Cameo.
• Experience using engineering tools for requirements management, end-to-end traceability, system integration, modeling, V&V support, change-management support, and automated reporting.
• Experience developing and managing system-of-systems integration strategies and strategic roadmaps.
• Experience establishing system performance metrics and using them to identify, report, and mitigate anomalies or degradation.
