This role specializes in investigation, remedial design, and consulting support for the rehabilitation of building structures and enclosures focused on steel and concrete infrastructure.

This position is based in the San Antonio, Texas area and supports projects throughout Texas.

This position is available in multiple locations, including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston, providing flexibility based on your preferred city.

This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early—ranging from client development to delivering complex, high‐quality projects focused in steel and concrete infrastructure.

Our work centers on forensic diagnostics, remedial design, and consulting, giving you exposure to challenging, real‐world engineering problems where your expertise matters.

The position includes periodic travel around Texas and, depending on business needs, occasional national travel.

You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes building enclosure consultants, architects, owners, and civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers—broadening your technical perspective while making a visible impact.
