RSM Wagga Wagga is growing, and we're seeking Intermediate and Senior Accountants to join our collaborative and high-performing Business Advisory team. As part of our Business Advisory team, you'll:

Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and compliance reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to support client decision-making.

Build trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to deliver value-added advisory solutions.

Review work and provide guidance to junior team members (Senior Accountant level).

Collaborate closely with experienced leaders who are invested in your professional growth and success.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

You are a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical business solutions.

You may bring:

Experience within a Business Advisory, or Public Practice environment.

CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying).

Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships.

The ability to review work, mentor junior staff and provide commercial advice

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Client-focused and relationship-driven.

Committed to delivering high-quality work.

Proactive, curious and eager to continue learning.

A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive culture.
