Capable of reading, interpreting, and preparing technical reports while understanding complex technical requirements.

Working knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, or other applicable quality management system standards.

Strong research, investigative, interviewing, and problem-resolution skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Process-oriented mindset with sound auditing and compliance assessment capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desired Education and Experiences

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year post-secondary diploma/associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience.

Broad understanding of manufacturing processes, quality inspection methods, and configuration management principles.

Experience utilizing Power Business Intelligence for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Lean Manufacturing certification (Lean Certificate) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designation considered an asset.

Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment.

ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or equivalent quality certification considered an asset.

Training and practical knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices is preferred
