Role Overview
Transform assortment planning for Best Buy Canada's merchandising and inventory technology ecosystem.
Work on tools that help determine what products to carry, where they belong, and when they are needed.
Partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to improve planning, inventory performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Work Model
- The role follows a remote-first working model with opportunities to collaborate at the Vancouver head office for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What You Will Do
- Own the Merchandising Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business and technology goals.
- Translate merchandising and inventory needs into product outcomes and prioritize the backlog.
- Work with software and data engineering teams to deliver iterative value.
- Connect inventory and assortment planning needs to practical technology solutions.
- Partner with internal teams, software vendors, and implementation partners.
- Shape merchandising and inventory planning technology strategy.
- Balance business needs with scalable enterprise-wide solutions.
- Manage integrations, APIs, data flows, and partner platforms.
