Intermediate Panel Technician

We are seeking a qualified intermediate panel technician to fill a permanent full-time position in our CSA certified Electrical Panel Shop.

The successful candidate must be a team player and have technical experience in industrial electrical and control wiring.

The candidate must also have a great attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve potential problems.

• Assemble custom control panels
• Wire control panels following a basic set of electrical schematics
• Confirm wiring of components as they are completed.
• Ensure manufacturers installation instructions and all code requirements are adhered to
• Review bill of materials for accuracy and flag any errors immediately
• Redline drawings as required during assembly
• Review finished assemblies for accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of conduct in the shop.
• Input weekly timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Occasional field site work and associated travel as required
• Other assigned duties as required
