If you are registered or are eligible to register as a Professional Engineer in Canada, have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the design and construction of dams, hydraulic structures, and other water infrastructure and civil engineering projects, we want to hear from you!
Experience in the design, tendering, and construction of water infrastructure and civil works.
Experience in the application of CDA and other dam safety design guidelines and best practices related to the design of hydraulic structures would be an asset.
Experience in dam safety inspections, dam safety reviews, and risk assessments would be an asset.
Knowledge of the requirements and experience in applying the CSA design codes as well as other pertinent codes, standards, guidelines and best practices.
Sound user knowledge of structural analyses software programs such as Midas, RISA, SAP, LSDyna, and ability to train others in their use.
