The Role
Lead or independently deliver engineering and project management work for municipal and Indigenous community infrastructure projects.
Build client trust through accountable delivery, technical expertise, collaboration, and follow-through.
The role is intended for an intermediate or senior engineer/project manager.
What You Will Do
- Manage municipal and Indigenous community infrastructure planning, design, and construction projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and supervise junior staff.
- Support business development, client relationships, and proposal preparation.
- Develop community engagement materials and facilitate project workshops.
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and bid documents.
- Administer construction contracts and supervise construction inspections, quality control, and quality assurance.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
- 8 or more years of engineering experience and required consulting experience.
- Professional Engineer registration in British Columbia or eligibility for immediate registration.
