- Manage and oversee workloads of support team, ensuring efficient task allocation and completion
- Take on increased responsibility and ownership of projects, utilizing proactive problem solving skills
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the design process and lighting designer's role
- Effectively manage allocated task timelines, ensuring timely deliverables
- Actively cultivate and maintain relationships with project design team members
- Participate in meetings and initiate communication with external colleagues
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design or Product Design
- Minimum 3 6 years’ experience in an independent lighting design consultancy

Your Profile
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design or Product Design
- Minimum 3 6 years’ experience in an independent lighting design consultancy
- Creative and driven to explore out of the box lighting concepts
- Self motivated and eager to tackle complex, innovative technologies
- Good communication skills and enjoy telling stories about light
- Very good focus on time and task management
- Good technical knowledge about luminaires, accessories, and lighting controls
- Familiar with industry standards and guidelines for best practice and health & safety
- Diligence, adaptability, and enthusiasm
- Eye for clean, refined graphics, as well as architectural hand sketching skills
- Fully proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Dialux, SketchUp and Adobe InDesign
