Intermediate Infrastructure Support Engineer

Basic Qualifications:

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• You will need at least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• You must possess or be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
• You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience driving organizational change management and challenging established norms to implement new technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to design, stand up, and execute new engineering governance structures from inception rather than only maintaining legacy processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, facilities management, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset identification and management, including physical inventories and lifecycle analyses.
• Experience performing obsolescence assessments and developing modernization strategies for aging infrastructure in a Government, defense, or high-tempo operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Engineering, Sustainment, Verification & Validation (ESV&V) processes, including test plan development and execution.
• Experience preparing technical reports, tracking dashboards, and briefings for leadership or Government customers.
• Strong analytical skills supporting criticality assessments and physical vulnerability evaluation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and balancing competing operational priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to climb a ladder, work beneath elevated floor areas, and lift 40 pounds.
