The Growth team owns signup, onboarding, activation, billing, and subscription experiences and runs experiments to improve conversion.

The role is for an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer who works AI-first and ships work affecting measurable customer and business outcomes.

Ship experiment variations end-to-end across React, TypeScript, and .NET Core from hypothesis through production.
Work across signup UI, account APIs, analytics, billing, onboarding, and subscription systems.
Improve the early customer experience and help users find product value quickly.
Instrument and monitor features to support a data-driven team.
Use AI to understand requirements, generate and refactor code, and verify work before shipping.
Write automated tests and work with QA to meet quality standards.
Collaborate across planning, delivery, and regular cross-functional touchpoints.
Escalate when scope, architecture, data integrity, or AI verification risks arise.

At least three years building and shipping production web applications across frontend and backend systems.
