- Diploma or degree in environmental science/engineering or a related field, with a valid Class 5 Driver's License and eligibility for professional designation.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan environmental regulations, with proven field skills in soil characterization, groundwater monitoring, and sampling with proven skills in assessment and reclamation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while prioritizing and adapting to changing work demands.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive initiative, and a demonstrated capacity to build relationships and work effectively within diverse teams.
- This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
