Role overview
Provide general engineering support across the PMCM team's site supervision and monitoring activities on behalf of RCRC.
The role covers civil, roads, drainage, utilities, and landscape works and is site-based.
The role reports to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support inspections and day-to-day site supervision across disciplines under construction.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and technical record-keeping.
- Collect and compile progress data for site team reporting.
- Support QA/QC monitoring, including ITPs, inspection records, and NCR tracking.
- Contribute to quality reporting.
- Coordinate among developer teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and RCRC representatives.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Assemble close-out documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Site engineering experience on infrastructure or land development works with exposure to more than one discipline.
