About the role
Hippo is recruiting intermediate consultants specialising in content design.
Content designers ensure people receive the information they need, when and where they need it, in an appropriate format.
The role involves advising others on user-centred content and developing as a consultant with clients.
Responsibilities
- Help clients solve problems using content design, people-centred design, and Agile methodologies.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to design services that meet user needs.
- Champion inclusive approaches and styles within content design.
- Establish and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support recruitment, events, blog writing, and winning new business.
Required experience
- Recent public-sector content design experience is required.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary Agile team is required.
- Strong writing, style-guide, user research, content strategy, and accessible-content skills are required.
- Experience using data, web analytics, research, and a content management system is required.
- Consultancy, stakeholder management, and knowledge-sharing experience are required.
