- Execute data management and data analysis activities in support of Client Data Strategy and Regulatory initiatives
- Ensure data produced by Capital Markets business and support groups is accurate, complete and reusable to fulfill all downstream reporting purposes, including regulatory trade reporting obligations
- Support all business intelligence and data analytics to support BAU and senior management decisions on operations and data management capabilities
- Provide process automation support to transform existing processes
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
- Strong hands on experience with Alteryx for data extraction, manipulation, and workflow development
- Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, and data analysis
- Experience supporting data reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics initiatives
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to gather information from multiple data sources and develop solutions
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing internal client relationships
- Ability to operate in a business facing environment rather than a pure development or technology team

Position Overview
- Raise is hiring an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst for one of our top clients.
- The role is hybrid in Toronto (Monday/Wednesday).
- Contract length: 12 Months with possibility for extension.
Responsibilities
- As an Associate, Client Data & Process Automation, you will be responsible for executing data management and data analysis activities in support of Client Data Strategy and Regulatory initiatives.
- Ensure data produced by Capital Markets business and support groups is accurate, complete and reusable to fulfill all downstream reporting purposes, including but not limited to regulatory trade reporting obligations.
- Support all business intelligence and data analytics to support BAU and senior management decisions on its operations and data management capabilities.
- Process automation support to transform existing process will be executed through this team.
Must Have Requirement
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

- Experience with data integration, API connections, and database connectivity testing.
- Capital Markets or Financial Services industry experience.
- Knowledge of client data management, regulatory reporting, AML/KYC, or trade data environments.
- Experience supporting business transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Pay Rate
- CAD 46.92/hr CAD 55.38/hr
