Role Overview
The Intermediate Application Developer will help modernize a legacy system and convert it into a cloud-based application.
The application is used daily by UPS Operations worldwide.
The role applies software engineering principles across the application life cycle and provides individual technical expertise.
Core Requirements
- Experience with full-stack development, Java, Angular, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Angular 16+, containerization technologies, CI/CD, Git, and Maven.
- Experience with C#, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Couchbase, JFrog, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GCP and Azure DevOps is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud technology is a plus.
- Experience with Ready API is a plus.
