Position Overview
The Prospect Management Analyst supports fundraising efforts for the Telfer School of Management’s Advancement Team.
The role tracks prospects through the donor cycle, analyzes moves management and fundraising metrics, and develops tools that make data visible.
The position manages prospect tracking processes in the fundraising database and trains advancement staff on systems and reports.
Employment and Compensation
- The posting identifies the role as an employee position with a salary range of CAD 85,040 to CAD 107,421.
- The position is associated with SSUO Grade 10 and has a schedule of 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange pipeline meetings with advancement staff and leadership to review prospect strategies and next moves.
- Develop prospect management tools to support robust pipelines, targets, and campaign goals.
- Monitor pipelines and provide analytical information and data support for advancement strategies.
- Report on tracking systems and recommend system improvements and modifications.
- Use data mining and analytics to identify new prospects and optimize pipeline growth.
