Role Description Ductman

As an interior technician (duct man) at Extramile Interiors, you will support the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of ductwork systems across commercial interior fit out projects, with a primary focus on offices, restaurants, laboratories, and research facilities.
This full time, on site role in Dubai involves reading and interpreting HVAC and MEP drawings, measuring and cutting sheet metal, assembling and installing ducting systems, and ensuring all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and Dubai building codes.
You will coordinate closely with MEP contractors, site engineers, and project managers, assist with site measurements and installation checks, and help identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
The role also includes maintaining accurate site documentation, supporting inspections, and contributing to quality control to ensure ductwork is delivered accurately and on schedule.

Role Description Painter

As an Interior Technician (Painter) at Extramile Interiors, you will support the surface preparation, painting, and finishing work across commercial interior fit out projects, with a primary focus on offices, restaurants, laboratories, and research facilities.
This full time, on site role in Dubai involves preparing walls, ceilings, and surfaces for painting, applying primers, paints, and specialty finishes to meet approved design specifications, and ensuring a high quality, consistent finish across all areas.
You will coordinate with designers, project managers, and other trade teams; work from approved color schemes and finish schedules; and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
The role also includes reviewing material samples, supporting quality control checks, assisting with snag list closure, and ensuring all painting work is completed accurately and on schedule.

Role Description Gypsum Worker

As an Interior Technician (Gypsum Worker) at Extramile Interiors, you will support the installation of gypsum partitions, ceilings, and bulkheads across commercial interior fit out projects, with a primary focus on offices, restaurants, laboratories, and research facilities.
This full time, on site role in Dubai involves measuring, cutting, and fixing gypsum boards and framing systems, building partitions and false ceilings according to approved drawings, and applying jointing, taping, and finishing for a smooth, paint ready surface.
You will coordinate with designers, project managers, and other trade teams to sequence work correctly, assist with site measurements, and help resolve technical issues during installation.
The role also includes maintaining accurate site documentation, supporting inspections, and contributing to quality control to ensure gypsum work is delivered accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications Ductman

Candidates should possess hands on skills in ductwork fabrication and installation, including sheet metal cutting, fitting, sealing, and insulation, using standard tools and equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting HVAC/MEP technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
Candidates should possess skills in site coordination and project support, including site measurement, installation verification, and clear communication with MEP contractors and site teams.
Candidates should possess knowledge of ducting materials and standards, including galvanized steel, flexible ducting, laboratory grade ventilation requirements, and fit out compliance standards.
Candidates should possess skills in quality and compliance, including attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and support for inspections and snag list closure.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary site teams and manage tasks within project timelines.
Trade certification or a diploma in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in commercial interior fit outs or laboratory ventilation systems.
Familiarity with Dubai regulations and building/HVAC codes and working proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) are beneficial.
A valid UAE driving license and willingness to work across multiple project sites are a plus.

Qualifications Painter

Candidates should possess hands on skills in surface preparation and painting, including filling, sanding, priming, and applying paints, lacquers, and specialty/decorative finishes.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret finish schedules, color codes, and approved design drawings to ensure accurate and consistent application.
Candidates should possess skills in site coordination and project support, including sequencing work around other trades and communicating progress to site supervisors.
Candidates should possess knowledge of commercial grade paints and coatings, including low VOC and laboratory compliant finishes where required.
Candidates should possess skills in quality and compliance, including attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and support for inspections and snag list closure.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary site teams and manage tasks within project timelines.
Trade certification or relevant vocational training in painting and decorating is preferred, along with prior experience in commercial interior fit outs.
Familiarity with Dubai regulations and building/safety codes and working proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) are beneficial.

Candidates should possess hands on skills in gypsum partition and ceiling installation, including framing, board fixing, jointing, taping, and finishing.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret construction drawings and layouts to ensure accurate placement of partitions, bulkheads, and false ceilings.
Candidates should possess skills in site coordination and project support, including site measurement, installation verification, and communication with site supervisors and other trades.
Candidates should possess knowledge of gypsum systems and materials, including fire rated, moisture resistant, and acoustic board types and applicable fit out standards.
Candidates should possess skills in quality and compliance, including attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and support for inspections and snag list closure.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary site teams and manage tasks within project timelines.
Trade certification or relevant vocational training in gypsum/drywall installation is preferred, along with prior experience in commercial interior fit outs.
