About the Role
Bella Interiors is seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and coordinating procurement of materials.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is executed per project specifications, timelines, and safety standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and site teams for efficient workflow
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on site as required
- Monitor quality control and finishing to ensure high standards in interior fit out works
- Resolve on site challenges and report progress to the Project Manager
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Identify and procure materials (gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items, etc.)
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate prices and ensure on time deliveries
- Track inventory and stock levels, ensuring materials are ordered and used efficiently
- Coordinate with Accounts team for purchase orders, invoices, and budget control
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates
- Ensure smooth communication between designers, engineers, and on site teams
Requirements
- UAE experience in interior fit out projects
- Strong site supervision experience
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

- Track inventory and stock levels, ensuring materials are ordered and used efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for purchase orders, invoices, and budget control.
- Maintain records of procurement transactions, supplier performance, and material usage.
Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary contact between Project Managers, site teams, and vendors.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between designers, engineers, and on site teams for seamless execution.
Requirement
- UAE experience in interior fit out projects is required
- Strong site supervision experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
