Role Overview
CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is hiring an Interior Site Supervisor for interior fit-out and furniture installation projects.
The supervisor will manage site activities, coordinate workers and contractors, maintain quality standards, and support timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and project execution.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality standards at all stages of work.
- Manage site materials and report requirements to the office.
- Read drawings and site instructions.
- Conduct site measurements and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with clients and project team members.
- Ensure proper worksite safety practices.
- Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- ITI, diploma, or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
