Job Description
Oversee and manage on-site execution of construction and interior projects.
Supervise construction and interior works, ensure quality standards, coordinate with vendors, and complete projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Monitor work progress against drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.
- Handle material planning, checking, and inventory at the site.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed at the site.
- Resolve site-level issues and escalate major concerns to senior staff.
- Ensure project completion within given deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or interior site execution.
- Strong knowledge of site management and material handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
