Interior Site Supervisor

Bludesign is a corporate and commercial interior design & build company delivering functional, modern and professionally executed workspaces.

We manage projects from design and planning through on-site execution and final handover.

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day execution of commercial interior projects and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of commercial interior execution and be comfortable coordinating contractors, vendors, workers and project teams on site.

• Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial and corporate interior projects.
• Read and understand architectural, interior, furniture and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, project managers and site teams.
• Monitor civil work, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry and furniture installation.
• Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, finishing and site quality.
• Track daily work progress and ensure project timelines are followed.
• Check material quantity, quality and availability at site.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Maintain proper site discipline, safety and housekeeping.
• Provide regular site progress updates, photographs and reports to the project team.
• Coordinate snag rectification and support smooth final project handover.

Mandatory: Candidates must have 3–4 years of hands-on site supervision experience specifically in commercial interiors.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in corporate offices, commercial workplaces, retail or similar fit-out projects.

Candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior execution and finishing.
• Good understanding of interior drawings and site measurements.
• Practical knowledge of civil, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, electrical, HVAC and other interior works.
• Strong contractor and labour coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong focus on quality, deadlines and site discipline.
• Willingness to travel/manage project sites across Delhi NCR as required.
