Role Overview
Co-Design is hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor for residential and commercial interior projects.
The role oversees execution so completed site work matches the design, schedule, and quality expectations.
The position is based in Kompally, Hyderabad, and is performed in person on a full-time basis.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution across active interior projects.
- Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors, and labour on site.
- Read and work from GFC and working drawings.
- Ensure on-site work matches drawings and specifications.
- Check civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and finishing quality.
- Verify measurements, materials, and finishes against the BOQ.
- Track progress against timelines and flag delays early.
- Share daily site updates and reports with the design and management team.
- Resolve on-site issues and keep work moving.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out or construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret working and GFC drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, and civil work.
- Based in or near Hyderabad and willing to be at sites daily.
- Telugu and Hindi speaking with basic English.
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage labour and vendors firmly.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at project sites.
